Pequeño Alpamayo, Huayna Potosí & Illimani (July 23 – 16 Days)

We are proud to announce a new 16-day Bolivia mountaineering expedition starting on July 23, designed for climbers seeking a complete high-altitude experience in the Andes.

This expedition focuses on three of Bolivia’s most iconic peaks: Pequeño Alpamayo, Huayna Potosí, and Illimani — offering a perfect combination of technical progression, acclimatization, and high-altitude challenge.

Why This Program? Scheduled during the heart of the Andean dry season, this period provides: Stable weather conditions Clear skies and excellent visibility Safer glacier travel Higher summit success rates

Pequeño Alpamayo (5,370 m) A technical and aesthetic peak, ideal for developing glacier and alpine climbing skills. Known for its sharp ridge and beautiful ice formations. Huayna Potosí (6,088 m) One of the most accessible 6,000-meter peaks in the world, but still a serious high-altitude climb. A key step in acclimatization and progression. Illimani (6,438 m) Bolivia’s second-highest mountain and the ultimate objective of the expedition. A demanding and rewarding climb with stunning views over La Paz and the Altiplano.

Expedition Details Start Date: July 23 Duration: 16 days Region: Cordillera Real, Bolivia Style: Progressive acclimatization + technical mountaineering Level: Intermediate to advanced climbers

The itinerary is carefully designed to build acclimatization step by step, increasing safety and maximizing summit opportunities across all three peaks.

A Complete Andean Experience This expedition is not only about summits — it’s a full immersion into one of South America’s most unique mountain regions, combining culture, altitude, and technical climbing in a single program.

Limited Availability To ensure quality, safety, and personalized guiding, group sizes are kept small. Early reservations are recommended.
